It’s been multiple years that I haven’t received my cars insurance or businesses insurance but instead I received past due payments emails and cancellations emails. I did call multiple times and updated my addresses but year after year it hasn’t happened. Today Kim answered “we don’t send it from here stat farm corporate send it and I can not responsible what they put in you mail box” you absolutely correct but your responsibility is to find out why your customer don’t receive renewal notices year after year.
